Important Info About Your Tickets:

• EACH TICKET ALLOWS ONE ENTRY TO EACH ATTRACTION On arrival, you will get a ticket for a timed group to the "Story" attraction and an untimed ticket for the "Maze" attraction.

• IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure you do not miss your timed group. You will not be able to join late. Please arrive at the Champlain Valley Expo 15 minutes in advance of your ticket time. 

• GROUPS ENTER THROUGHOUT THE HOUR of your ticket time. The first to arrive for that hour will be placed in the first groups for that hour. 

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL There are NO refunds or exchanges, even if you just miss your ticket time.

• Properly worn masks are encouraged for all audience members from the time they enter the building until they exit. Our volunteers are in close spaces with 4,000 patrons. Please help keep them healthy.

• Nightmare Vermont does not tolerate intoxicated, inappropriate, or unruly patrons. We will eject you from the event without a refund and forbid re-entry if you are disruptive. Stay classy. Don't die. 

• Due to this being a LIVE all-volunteer show, some delays may occur. Please be patient, as the unforeseen is... well, unforeseen.
